Positive: I love this hotel, it was my second time and I'm very satisfied with everything:) Although the room is tiny I love how comfy everything is set up and for solo travelers as I am it is just amazing. I personally like very much the crazy distance, corridors and stairs you cross like an adventure to get to the room, but at the same time I understand that it might be a problem for some people... The staff is amazing, very helpful...this time I had a very stressful situation, couldn't find a personal item (which I later found) and at that moment the manager and the maid were very polite and accommodating. I really appreciate it and feel sorry for all the disturbance:( The breakfast was great, the location is perfect...what to say more:))) Recommend!☀️😊
