Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: House location being near a town and accessible to main roads. I found the house clean and tidy. Presence of the small bond and a jacuzzi have added a nice atmosphere. Also, communication with the host was very smooth and response was fast.
Negative: Following observed to be missing or caused inconvenience. - House is located by the main road. It was very noisy as the cars and trucks passed by. It was difficult for me to sleep sometimes. - The kitchen lacks a microwave. In modern life, this amenity becomes necessity. - No sun shied or ambarellas. Hence during sunny day, it is impossible to enjoy setting outside. - No washing Machine? I someone to rent the property for more than 3 days, he would definitely require a washing machine. Considering the hight rent, that was my biggest surprise. - The lighting in all rooms is not adequate. Some you can barely see in during night. - While pictures posted gives impression of spacious house, in reality, rooms are very small specially the living room.
Summary: Good house, but lack important amenities. The price vs the house convenience is very high.
