Positive: First apartment was small. After moving 2 floor up was a bit better . More space .

Negative: Dining chairs were ripped . Towel rail had been broken . Not enough tissue rolls for toilet No washing up liquid in kitchen One room cupboard cant open at all as its against bed . Had to live out of suitcase Ensuite poor shower facility. Water ends up going everywhere
