The apartment has been designed to receive seminars and/or professional meetings: large reception table, professional kitchen fully equipped with reception crockery, video projector for broadcasting your media, sound system distributed in each corner of the room.
The apartment is composed of 4 bedrooms, two shower rooms and a bathroom, 4 toilets distributed in the accommodation, a professional kitchen, a spacious living room with wood stove and a spacious terrace with terrace furniture.
All bedrooms have double beds.
The apartment is ideally located near the Place de Charpennes in Villeurbanne. The metro entrance is only a few minutes walk away and will take you directly to the peninsula (about a 15 minute journey to the city centre).
We draw attention to the fact that as in all buildings, acoustic insulation is of relative performance: out of courtesy towards the other occupants of the building, our visitors undertake to respect the usual rules. good neighbourliness, and in particular to have a responsible attitude in terms of noise pollution. Any overflow will be the subject of a police intervention.
You will benefit from the entire apartment and will be free to use all the equipment. Unlimited Internet, several TVs and a video projector, professional equipped kitchen, coffee machine, air conditioning, wood stove, wine cellar and more.
The cleaning costs include cleaning on arrival and after your departure, but also household linen as well as towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival. Two sets of keys will be given to you for your stay. We will ask you to present the identity document in person corresponding to the reservation when handing over the keys. In case of independent arrival, we will ask you to send an identity document.

Arrival times are between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. Outside these hours and subject to availability, an additional charge will be requested:
- 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.: €20
- 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.: €20
No reception after 11 p.m. will be made.
The cleaning costs will be invoiced to you a second time in the event of non-compliance with the departure deadline.
When you leave, please return the accommodation as you found it when you arrived.
