The spacious condo features two large balconies, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Indoor pool closed 2025. There is no pool in 2025.
Located across from Gold Coast Mall, our condo is in the heart of convenience, with numerous restaurants, pubs, shops, a pharmacy, a movie theater, and a supermarket just a stoneโs throw away. Enjoy the convenience of keyless entry, eliminating the hassle of carrying keys to the beach. Stay connected with our private, free WiFi, exclusive to our unit.
Our building offers three high-speed elevators. The expansive sundeck, equipped with picnic tables and seasonal umbrella tables with chairs, is perfect for sunbathing and leisurely afternoons. Indoor pool permanently closed Fall 2024. There is no pool in 2025.
