Summary: The apartment is at a great location. We stayed for 3 nights (from Friday night to Monday morning). We got apartment that we did not select, and unfortunately, the ac in it did not work. Belgrade had a heat wave that particular weekend and the inside temperature was over 91F. The property does not have a 24h front desk, as stated in the property description, and the communication with the management was challenging. We reported the ac issue to the lady we saw at the front desk on Saturday morning. After that we called/messaged about the ac numerous times during the day and got a response from the property around 11 pm. it was offered to move in a new hotel on Sunday. We decided to stay considering we had a 6:30 am flight on Monday morning. There were not clear instructions for check out and none of the messages sent to the property about it was answered. We had an early flight on Monday morning and were not clear to whom/where to leave the apartment key. We eventually left it in the apartment and messaged the property manager. Have not got any answer :) So, all in all, we were very frustrated with a lack of communication and extremely hot in the apartment. Not a nice experience.
