Positive: It was a nice facility, clean and modern.
Negative: We had an issue with the shower. The knob got stuck all the way on hot and it wouldn’t shut off. After jumping out of the shower, I called for maintenance and it took them over 15 minutes to come up. Everything in the bathroom and bedroom was covered in the moisture from the hot shower continuously running. Then the maintenance guy, who barely understood what I was saying, advised that it was our fault it got stuck. Also, children were running and screaming up and down the hall before 8 am both days we were there.
