Summary: Good location, generally comfortable place but will be loud. The direct next door neighbor played loud music at all hours of the night for hours on end. They were initially responsive to our request to lower the music volume, however that same night from 1-3:30am they played LOUD music. There is very little insulation so you will hear it in all the rooms of the apartment. Check in instructions arrive late and there is zero communication from the hosts. They did not respond to our messages within VRBO. When we called the property management company for a question, from the posted number in the unit, it called a representative in Porto. They tried to transfer us to the correct place, but the phone just rang and rang with no answer. It’s a shame because it’s a nice place but expect loud music and no communication.
