Contemporary home, guaranteed to blow you away! A gorgeous, sparkling jewel of green building, with huge windows gloriously facing the Bay - water views from every room. Everything was built โtop-shelfโ but simple, clean, green, comfortable. Lovely tiling and subtle colors throughout. Sunsets from the property are more than breathtaking โ they are mesmerizing.
Your vacation is complete, a vast wet playground for half the day, swimming and boating the other half. Indoor and outdoor dining, beautifully stocked kitchen, a bathroom for every bedroom, outdoor shower, all right there. Within 2 miles, you'll find wonderful restaurants and carryout, fresh fish markets, a local bar, rental bikes, movies, flea market, homemade ice cream and donut shops, and every comfort. And of course 27 miles of bike path and 30 miles of national ocean seashore. and just 30 minutes away - Provincetown or Hyannis!
A 2-story Great Room, surrounded by windows and a large deck, centers the home: with state-of-the-art cherry and stainless steel kitchen (e.g. Viking stove, French-door refrigerator, vessel bar sink, quartz countertops), cozy bright living-room, and beautiful โgreenโ wood floors (eucalyptus), tiled entry foyer and ยฝ bath. Floating above the dining area, a bridge leads to a second floor balcony with a literally breathtaking vantage point! Large Primary Bedroom suite (Bay Room) includes 20x14 bedroom with king bed, a private balcony and double closets; an office; and โdreamโ bathroom with 2 vessel sinks, cherry cabinets, 5x5 shower stall and separate toilet room. Bedroom 2 (Sand) is warm and cozy, with a queen bed, closet and its own full bath (oversized shower); Bedroom 3 (Ocean) is a 20x14 โdormitoryโ room, with two bunkbeds, one with double bed below and a trundle (sleeps 6) โ and its own full bath. A ground floor den/TV room offers additional sleeping for 2 on a super comfortable American Leather Co. foldout queen bed. There are more than ample beds โ but we limit guests to 10. Wireless internet and cable access in every room. Clean up yourself - or add on housekeeping โ anything from weekly to daily! Pack light: linens provided free of charge, including beach towels.
Walk down your private stairs to the ever-changing Bay, where tides go from a wave-riding sea to a mile of sand flats, twice each day. 3 kayaks (including one tandem) and 2 paddle boards available for your use - at your own risk of course! - free of charge. Convenient to numerous freshwater ponds, 1/4-mile to the Cape Cod bike path, 2 miles to the National Seashore Atlantic beaches, our home is convenient to a brand new town library, grocery shopping, local rep theaters, and every water sport you can imagine โ as well as movies (including one of the last drive-ins in America!), flea markets and craft shows, and charming New England towns. 30 minutes to Provincetown where you can enjoy shopping and strolling or drop in on a drag show.
