Positive: There's plenty of café nearby so plenty of food choices. 24H laundry nearby too.
Negative: No water heater. The lighting needs to change. I was lying on the bed watching movie when I noticed yellowing skin. I thought I got liver damage for a moment until I went to the bathroom to check.
