Positive: Location was good, right next to the beach. Spacious warm flat.

Negative: Fire door in the kitchen is a hazard as you can't keep it open enough to get through it to get to the dining area in the living room, without difficulty. Bed in main bedroom needs replacing. Uncomfortable with lumpy mattress and ill fitting topper . Shower ran like a tap rather than a shower. Bathroom really needs updating. Some sort of blinds on the front facing ground floor rooms as property is on ground level with lots of people walking past on the pavement directly at the front of the property. Boiler in the second bedroom isn't really something that is now acceptable. Maybe needs relocating. Light timer in the communal close requires adjusting to prevent the sudden darkness as you are coming into the close.

Summary: Good location, warm apartment but requires a considerable upgrade to justify the price.
