Positive: The location of Drumgarry is absolutely beautiful - Ardvassar is such a lovely village with a small cafe (with gorgeous stunning breakfast!) but still within fairly easy reach of other bigger settlements. Whilst we were there during the off season, we still found Skye to have different little bits to do, although we could have easily have stayed within the cottage for the whole weekend. The house is tastefully decorated, and although the fire wasn't able to be used whilst we were staying, it warmed up quickly with the electric heaters. The kitchen was well equipped, allowing us to have a family dinner on the Saturday night. We could love to come again!

Negative: The shower hose has a slight crack in it, although this did not detract from our stay at all. Genuinely a lovely weekend and the house is fantastic.

Summary: Stunning location, with cozy rooms.
