Take advantage of all the outdoor living spaces, including large yard with volleyball/ badminton net, outdoor fire pit area, bbq & dining space on lower level deck. Wrap up your day spent exploring the County on the upper deck, where you'll find our relaxing lounge space & hot tub to enjoy a glass of wine amongst the trees.
Cozy, beach inspired indoor living space, including 2 bedrooms on upper level with master ensuite & guest bath. Basement includes sleeping area for 6 people, along with full bath & laundry.
With the rental of the property guests are also given deeded access to the water, details provided when you arrive. Access has its own beach private for your use. Property rental includes a "Beach Ready Go Kit" - blankets, chairs, umbrella, cooler and cart.
Given the unique location of the property and the neighbourhood this property is ideal for families and quiet gatherings. Parties and loud groups are not permitted. Waterpark is located on the island, so Jet Ski's and other water sports.
