Summary: We had easy check in. The lights in the duplex were on when we arrived at 9:30 pm. Although there are seats for four people in the living room, we found that really only three fit comfortably unless three adults sit very close together on the small couch and the fourth in the sitting chair. The beds were comfortable. They were memory foam mattresses that sit on a platform metal frame. They sit lower than a regular bed but overall we got good sleep on it. The basement is wide open with a queen bed, nightstand and a couch. Not a place to hang out with family or friends as there is no other seating or tv. There is another true bedroom with attached full bathroom in the basement. The kitchen was stocked with enough tools to prepare a meal if desired, and coffee filters and both regular and decaf coffee were provided. The duplex itself was very clean but small. It was fine for my husband and I and two of our friends for our weekend getaway. The communication with the manager was very good. I had a few questions and I received a prompt reply each time. This is a nice little property in a quiet neighborhood (dead end so no other traffic which was nice).
