Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: I liked how nice the property was and how nice the employees were. Love the breakfast buffet, I did not realize this was included in our stay. Staff was very very nice.
Negative: Cleanliness was a big issue. Lots of hair that was not ours. On the floor in the bed, on the sheets. We ended up sleeping on top of the made bed because it did not look very clean. Also the shower.. the base boards were I desperate need of cleaning they were yellow. Mold all throughout the shower and caulking. The staff also made small talk and found out we were here for our wedding anniversary and let us choose a cheeseboard and sparking cider to be sent up to our room. We never got the cheese board and they brought sparkling wine instead which we do not like. It was not a big deal but we did wait around for it and would have been a great addition to our stay. This hotel seems to just need a bit better upkeep.
