House also has a fully finished basement with 2 of the bedrooms, a full bathroom and a theater room with a sectional sleeper sofa if more space is needed. We can comfortable sleep 12 however there is a fold up memory foam mattress onsite that is available to accomidate up to 14 people if needed.
