It's a wonderful property for traveling business partners who want space, family getaways, and small group gathering.
There is no elevator in the unit. There are stairs to the bedroom and bathroom areas. We’re on a small block so any vehicle that is to large ,at not be able to turn into the. Block but can park one block away.

Any reservations over 30 days will require a monthly inspection and professional unit cleaning. The cleaning will be serviced by my cleaning technicians and it is $100 per cleaning. This helps me maintain the integrity and quality of the unit. Masks will be worn by the tech and I will always schedule the cleaning with you in advance.
Parking: We have a private driveway that can accommodate two cars for free private parking. The block itself is very small and tight so you cannot fit a large truck or vehicle in here but must standard size cars and mid-size SUVs fit perfectly.
You have the house privately
A wonderfully designed immense townhouse, encompassing the size of 3 properties in one. Once you enter, you will be overwhelmed by its layout and amazing energy. Sparing no expense to detail, comfort, and style this is truly a gem waiting for your arrival. Upon entry there is a vestibule, to the right is the Living room, and straight ahead is the dining room which leads to the kitchen and the back yard.
The living room has a large flat screen TV which you can binge watch from our sectional comfortable couches or in our recliner facing a beautifully designed fire place. The living room leads into the massively large kitchen and dining area.
The KITCHEN: Our kitchen is designed with all the comforts to make home cooked meals and host your family and guests. Surrounded by all stainless steel quality appliances this kitchen is a cook’s dream area. A center island prep station and sink area is perfect for making prepping all the meals and laying out food as needed. The gas range set up with a convenient vent system is my favorite for making home cooked meals. We have an oven and microwave combo, fridge freezer unit and plenty of cooking utensils as needed. Your guest can also seat 3 at the island for small talk and quality time as meals are made and served. Additional dining area: A splendid 6 seat wooden table clearly created for a royal feel. This is a fantastic place for family and friends to congregate over a great meal and share an amazing experience together.
Master Bedroom: Head upstairs to the 2nd Floor: the master bedroom is on the 2nd floor, with a magnificent KING bed and a 4" memory foam mattress pad, sure to give you a great night’s sleep. Large flat screen TV, wonderful natural sunlight and a superbly stylish bathroom with a shower and deep tub layout.
More Bedrooms: Head up again to the 3rd floor: Here you will find our two other bedrooms both private from each other. The larger room has a full size comfortable bed, a nice chair to recline and spend some quiet reading time and plenty of space all around. It is the size of many studio apartments. This bedroom also has its own full bathroom with a shower and tub installed for your comfort. The next bedroom is a great place for one person, with a soft full size bed, a crib. This room is great for children as well and is located only a few feet from the other bedroom. There is also another bathroom in the hallway between both rooms with a shower, toilet, and vanity. So you can designate this bathroom for this room.
YES WE HAVE A LOVELY DECK: Go up yet again from the side door entrance and find one of our best features: The Deck: A great deck with an amazing view of your surrounding area, including Center City and most of Northern Liberties. We provide several beach chairs and a full size hammock for days or nights you wish to just layout and get some sun. This deck gives you private outdoor space without any intrusion from people coming by. It is truly wonderful up there.
Wait there is more, head down to the lower level. We have provided a super large family room with a large sectional sofa to fit all your friends and family and a large flat screen TV for entertainment purposes. You can watch games, movie nights or family game night here. A great place for gatherings and quality time together. There is also another full size bathroom with a powerful large shower installed. This entire floor can also double as another bedroom.
