Welcome to our 2,180 sq ft 6-bedroom, 2 bathroom with sauna mountain top chalet.
Whether you’re looking for a romantic escape, planning a family reunion or special event, our Chalet will fit all your vacation needs. Our chalet is a ski-in and ski-out Chalet and is a short 10 min drive down the mountain to Blue Mountain Village.
This Chalet has a great main-level living room with a huge slate wood-burning fireplace and windows from floor to ceiling to allow for great views of the beautiful outdoors. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make great meals for your guests. This property boasts 6 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. The 2nd level features 3 bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. There is 1 bedroom on the main level with a queen-size bed and 2 additional bedrooms in the basement, both with a set of double-size bunk beds.
The basement also offers a second living room with a gas fireplace, TV, and a collection of books. Off this room is the games room with a Foosball table. There are two 4-piece bathrooms, with the main-level bath featuring a whirlpool tub directly across from the indoor dry sauna.
The chalet backs onto the North face of Blue Mountain, so you can ski out of this property onto the wielder chairlift. It also has access to the Bruce trail out the back door. There is a large deck out the back door with picnic tables and a barbecue. There is a large yard for all kinds of outdoor play. There is parking for up to 6 cars in the driveway. The chalet is located in the small subdivision of Swiss Meadows at the top of the mountain, which allows for a very peaceful stay with quick access to the village.

Summary: Dan communicated well and let us know that the hvac would be fixed without any hassle to us during our stay. The chalet does run very hot, and the heat does seem to run even when it is turned down. This property could not be better located; the view is fabulous and the lifts are accessible by walking out back. So convenient! We would definitely give 5 stars for the location but sadly, there were some other disappointments. The online photos were certainly nicer than the actual space. The chalet is tired and in need of painting and some general upkeep, especially when advertised as an executive stay. We didn’t mind that the cost was rather steep, particularly since it was Christmas time, but the chalet was quite unclean and showed a lot of wear and tear. When we moved the ottoman in the living space, there was a pile of garbage behind it, and a pair of children’s mittens. There was also garbage and paper left under one of the bunk beds in the basement. In addition to there being long black hair in one shower and on a couple of the mattress covers, one of the pillow cases had chunky blood on it. We did some laundry and the dryer is in need of a tuneup as it screeches loudly. This property has the potential to be brilliant but it just seems to have been neglected for awhile. We were only there for two days but had we booked it for a longer stay, we probably would have left. I do believe that hiring a new cleaning company would solve many of the issues.
