Positive: 1. Really good host! He always keeps everything really clean, daily! 2. Good communication and really welcoming! 3. Provides milk, coffee, water and snacks free of charge for guests. 4. Supply of clean towels always available. 5. Portable heaters in the room so it is warm inside the rooms, themselves. 6. The room, itself, was comfortable and had storage space and a table!

Negative: 1. Extremely noisy! You can hear the traffic loudly and it is hard to sleep because of that. Normally, I don’t mind the sound of traffic but this was too much! No sound isolation! 2. You can hear a lot of noise from the rooms next-door, even coughing! 3. There are three rooms, which means that there can be up to six adults at any time and there is only ONE TOILET! This was not good! This is what pulled down the ratings!
