Positive: Comfortable, Very Nice Neigborhood

Negative: The property manager was very very rude towards the end of my families stay , I made the reservation in a rush and didn’t add 3 extra people which were my child and my brother and sister . He got upset about that . I added I had a pet and he stated that pets weren’t allowed but it says it in my reservation. We had planned on being out early . We all woke up at 7:30 . Me and my sister ran to our storage to change a lock not thinking that we would get a flat on the way there . We told him my 3 year old niece and my 10 and 11 year old brother were still there and we needed a few extra minutes to get everything out because the tow truck for my sisters car NEVER came when they said they would mind you (it was 12pm once she got it fixed) we explained everything to him because we have had incidents where we had to stay past check out and the property manager was VERY okay with it . He told my sister to tell my younger brother and sister and 3 year old niece to catch a Uber because he didn’t care his place needed to be cleaned up (mind you my mother was there sitting with them because we told her we had to run somewhere and we’d be right back ) . He also said if they weren’t out he would call the cops on us . We didn’t refuse to leave we simply just asked for a few minutes to make it back to the house to get our things out . I have nasty text and threats from him . I will NEVER book with this man again . Things like flats are out of peoples control and I wish he would’ve been more understanding instead of sending threats through his cleaner’s .Not to mention we accidentally left 2 important items and he threatened to throw them away if we didn’t get them by 1pm (mind you it was 12:45 and we had already been on our way ) He was very nasty towards my family and all we needed was a few extra minutes to get back to our location after we expressed to him what the issue was with our car

Summary: Never will I ever book with him again . He made our small mishap turn into almost getting the cops called .
