This is a space for the whole family to enjoy!
Multiple large living areas, beautiful pool, a patio with options to BBQ or cook on the outdoor fire (which also has a pizza oven), roast marshmallows or just enjoy a cosy fire in the evening!
Enjoy a game of pool, playing board games, play the piano, or soak in the spa bath.
Space for extended family with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (one with a spa bath as well as double head shower). Room for extra mattresses in all bedrooms. Can sleep 9 in the beds provided but happy to have up to 14 guests stay if happy to bring extra mattresses.
10 min walk to Bethlehem town centre which has a variety of takeaway and restaurant options as well as Kmart, various stores, and Countdown. 15min drive to Mount Maunganui beach. 10min drive to the city centre or to the Tauranga Crossing mall and cinemas. Ponds and walkways with a play park are at the end of the street which are nice for an evening stroll, bike ride or for the kids to play.
There is heaps of on site parking.
There is an optional 2 bedroom fully self contained flat underneath which can be rented out as well (on enquiry).
We are looking for guests who will respect the neighbours and therefore not need to have loud music playing all day/ late at night. Only paying guests are allowed on the property. No parties or excessive drinking and no swimming after 10pm.
Please note - linen is not included in the price and for groups larger than 8 the price may be adjusted.
