Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in einer verkehrsberuhigten Zone. Sie können auch ohne PKW viele Geschäfte (Real, Aldi, Edeka) erreichen oder mit der Straßenbahn binnen weniger Minuten ins Zentum fahren. Kinderspielplätze oder ein Badesee sind ohne weiteres zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für alle, die mit dem Auto anreisen haben wir einen PKW-Stellplatz in unserem Hof. Unter unserer Pergola kann man sich gerne auch ausruhen und auf Wunsch den Grill anwerfen.
Die mit 3 Sternen vom DTV ausgezeichnete Ferienwohnung hat eine Größe von 62qm und ist für bis zu 6 Personen geeignet. Sie befindet sich im 1. Obergeschoss und verfügt über 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer. Das 1. Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett ausgestattet. Im 2. Schlafzimmer befinden sich 2 Einzelbetten. Im Wohn-/Schlafraum befindet sich eine ausziehbare Schlafcouch. Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über einen Balkon. Dusche und WC befinden sich im separaten Bad. Auf Wunsch stellen wir ein Gitterbett auf.
