Summary: Being that this is a new property, everything was clean and in working order. We were able to check in a little bit early and communication with the owner was very easy. He had brand new floaties for the kids (they loved the basketball hoop for the pool). Most everything we needed was in the place. The master had a comfy king bed & was far enough away from the other bedroom to have privacy and quiet at night. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and there needs to be an upgrade of some sort. The head boards came off immediately (we didn't bother re-attaching them after they came off again right away). My boys are 7 & 10 and slender and the bed frames were very wiggly. I can not imagine anyone over 70+ pounds sleeping in these beds because they were so unstable. I know past guests complained of similair issues, so I am hopeful that he will address this sooner rather than later. Other than that, it was a beautiful property and would highly recommend.
