Positive: This brand new apartment was wonderful. The beds were super comfortable and the AC was great for sleeping at night in the hot July heat. Although, we didn't even need the AC sometimes because the light fixtures all have fans on them-something that we haven't seen much in Italy. The two-bedroom apartment was spacious, and we loved having the living room to hang out in. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, making cooking in the apartment easy. It was nice to have a washer in the unit as well. We appreciated that there were screens on the windows, so we could get fresh air without the mosquitos! We really loved this place, even more so that we were able to rent another apartment in the same building which made traveling with family friends even easier. The host was super responsive to any/all of our needs.
Negative: The location is a little out of the way. The apartment lacks views if that's what you're looking for. While cooking, we shorted the power (twice) by using the stove and oven at the same time. Luckily, there was someone on site that we could ask for help, and she reset the breaker for us and then advised us not to use both at the same time-oops!
Summary: Great apartment for traveling group/families.
