Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Easy access to Durham, plenty of parking and facilities. House is as per the photos. Nice touch to leave snacks and tea and coffee.

Negative: We arrived as planned for check in at 1500. The house wasn’t ready after the previous visitors. This was surprising but I think just an oversight and was remedied quite quickly. It did not have much impact on our stay. There was no corkscrew in the kitchen. Also a surprise as it was otherwise well equipped.

Summary: The perfect base for our short stay. Would certainly consider staying again.
