This apartment is located in a beautiful old building in Lacknergasse, in the 17th district of Vienna. The flat is totally new equipped with everything you need. Furthermore, nearly everything in this flat is new, e. G. wooden floor, the bathroom, the kitchen, the heating system, all windows ...
After entering the flat on the first floor of the building (elevator available), you're in a small vestibule with a window, facing the courtyard. From this room, you can enter the small but very nice bathroom, which is complelty new designed with timeless flaggings and a great walk-in-shower. The bathroom has also got a window, which faces the courtyard and there is a towel-heating placed in the bathroom.
The kitchen is also new and it offers really everything you need (including for example a dishwasher, oven, cooker, coffee-machine ...).
There is one big room in the flat, which will offer you enough space (aprox. 21m²) and which is equipped with new furniture. For example, you'll find a very comfortable bed, a sofa, storage space, a wardrobe, a big table with four chairs and a TV in this room. The whole design of the flat is very natural and warm, with focus on a combination of easy elegance, usefull pieces and nordic-spirit.
There is fast Wifi connection available at the whole apartment. You'll be provided everything you need and I'm sure you'll have a great stay at my place.

Due to legal reasons, you can rent this apartment for 3 - 6 months. In case you want to stay for another period of time, please contact me, as for shorter stays a tourism tax (approx. 30 Euro / month) has to be paid additionally. Don't worry, I will get this organized for you!
I would like to point out that this apartment - in contrast to many other short-term apartments in Vienna - is an apartment that can be officially rented short- and midterm.

This short-term apartment is on the 1st Lift floor of a classic old building, in the quiet Lacknergasse, in the 17th District of Vienna (Seitengasse, one way, 30 zone).
The apartment has been completely renovated and lovingly furnished. It is a completely renovated old building - everything in the apartment has recently been renovated to a high quality (parquet flooring, new bathroom with walk-in shower, new kitchen with dishwasher, new heating, new windows, completely new furniture and equipment etc.). You are moving into a wonderful old building, which is stylishly furnished and freshly renovated.
You enter the apartment and stand in a small anteroom with a courtyard window. From here you can access the small, fine bathroom, which has a walk-in shower, a stylish wash basin, practical storage space and a toilet. There is also a courtyard window in the bathroom.
From the anteroom you can also access the brand new kitchen, which is equipped with various appliances (dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, etc.) and offers enough work space.
The large room has just over 21m² of space. Here you will find a very cozy bed with cozy blankets, a sofa, a wardrobe, enough additional storage space, four chairs with an extendable table and also a TV with numerous channels from which you can choose. There is also a storage room with a washing machine and dryer.
Fast WiFi is available throughout the apartment and is included in the price.
IMPORTANT: ALL MONTHLY RATES ARE INCLUDED IN THE MONTHLY RENT (heating, electricity, water, operating costs, high-speed internet, TV).

For legal reasons, this apartment can only be rented for a period of 3 to 6 months. If you want to come for a different period, please contact me. For stays of less than 3 months, an additional local tax (approx. € 30 / month) must be paid. I take care of the delivery of this tax, so don't worry, there is no additional bureaucratic effort.
Finally, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that short-term rental is OFFICIALLY ALLOWED in this apartment, which is not the case with many other apartments in Vienna.
