Positive: Staff are courteous and helpful. Location is good for RioExpo conferences which is a 2 minute walk. The breakfast is good and the price is very good.

Negative: The rooms are very, very dark. There are roaches in the bathroom.

Summary: Reasonable value for money for conference attendees (but the rooms are as dim as caves)
