While reaching the beach requires a car or an electric scooter, the community pool is just a short 100 meters from your front door, perfect for a quick swim. As you ascend the bright and inviting staircase, you'll find a shoe cupboard conveniently located at the top. Upon entering the home, you are greeted by an open-plan American-style kitchen and living area. The kitchen, which is well-equipped for culinary adventures, is situated to your left, while the cosy living room, complete with a dining area for four, is to your right. The kitchen features a stove, oven, and all the necessary cooking essentials to whip up delightful meals. In the living room, you can relax on the comfortable couch or armchair, enjoy your favourite shows on the large-screen TV, and benefit from the air conditioning unit. This space is also equipped with three ceiling fans that can be easily adjusted with remote controls for your comfort. Continuing further into the home, the first room on your left is one of the two bathrooms, which includes a toilet, sink, and a spacious shower cabin, with a cupboard in the corner concealing the water heater. Down the hallway, the next door leads to a bedroom featuring two single beds, a dresser, and a fitted cupboard. This room is equipped with a ceiling fan but does not have air conditioning.
