Summary: The front desk staff was polite and when I realized there was no elevator I requested a ground floor room. I had to wait 30 minutes for one to be available. When we finally were able to get the keys the room smelled like Raid. We got fresh towels the next morning but nothing else was done to the room. There was no breakfast only coffee in the morning. The room was damp and the first night was uncomfortable. The second night we doubled up on the sheets so it was better.
