Safe, private, and convenient neighborhood within 5 minutes of the Shadle Shopping Center and Shadle library, and 10 minutes from Riverside State Park, Downriver Golf Course, Audubon Park, the Garland District, Downtown and Riverfront Park, Kendall Yards, Brown's Addition, and Northtown Mall.
The house has 2 outdoor patios, one is covered, and both have access off the kitchen and overlook a park-like yard with lush greenery and peaceful setting. The lower level is a beautiful in-law apartment that has a private entrance with 2 queen bedrooms, one bathroom, a family room, and kitchenette in the laundry room with washer/dryer. The upper level is lovely with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, a large open concept living room with attached dining room with large picture windows overlooking the park-like yard. The kitchen on the upper level is newly remodeled with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops with a small bar height table with 4 chairs. The master bedroom on the upper level has a king size bed and everything needed for comfortable sleeping. The second bedroom, across the hallway from the master bedroom, has a large executive desk, dresser and comfortable twin bed. In between the two bedrooms on the upper level is a luxury bathroom with a large tub/shower combo, large vanity with mirror, and lots of towels. There is a Security System available to renters.
