Positive: The arrival instructions received from Novasol Specifically state that “You will receive your ( Gate keypad ) code a few days before arrival “ This was not received so I emailed and was incorrectly & curtly given the villa key box code ?? Try reading a customers request properly! Having managed to get onto the site, the villa location is not as marked on the plan provided, as it is not near the end of the access road on the right but only part way down the road on the left. Totally mislead where a Villa number ( 32 ) would have saved me having to go to the rear of several other villa looking for the Key code box as per the photograph. Although everything in the villa is very up to date, the access handles to the draws etc, are very dubious and difficult to open. The Microwave access, no opening handle, is downright dangerous.
