The quiet, end-of-the-court location and easy walking distance to Whites Beach (off leash), makes 'colours' a truly exceptional retreat for family, friends and, of course, pooches. Two bedrooms and a large ensuite downstairs, and two bedrooms with a bathroom upstairs are inclusive of a generous living area on both levels, ensuring there is plenty of space to spread out and privacy for multiple activities.
The compact garden includes raised garden beds, with leafy veg and Asian herbs for the cooking enthusiast, and flowing from both sides of the house decking provides places for outside eating, relaxation and play. The kitchen has generous bench space for food preparation, a 900mm wide oven and stove with range hood, and a door to the outside making alfresco eating a standard. There is heating upstairs and down from a gas log fire, nobo electric heaters and a split system in the upstairs living room. WiFi is ready for you to log on.
Wetlands characterise much of the coastal dune environment in the surrounds, and a beautifully constructed boardwalk straddles the wetland giving access to Whites Beach. Birdlife abounds here, including nesting black swans seasonally. Two kilometres walk left along the beach, takes you to Point Impossible clothing optional beach, and three kilometres to the right takes you to Torquay's retail offerings along cycle/walking paths with playgrounds, cafes and beaches along the way. Cycling or walking can continue all the way to Point Addis or on to Aireys Inlet along the Surf Coast Walk wrapped in nature and beautiful coastal vistas.
