Our home is located in the private, kid-friendly waterfront community of Great Harbors in East Falmouth. Just a short walk to the association clubhouse, which features an Olympic-sized pool & kiddie pool with lifeguards, lighted tennis courts, playground, shuffleboard, baseball field, and basketball court, all located waterfront on the inlet of Great Pond. Bring your kayaks and launch right into Great Pond. The community has a 1.5 mile circle that is ideal for family biking, walking and running.
Our home is a 2-story 'Cape' style home that also includes a newly finished basement. The first floor has an open floor plan and includes the kitchen, laundry/half bath, den, living and dining rooms.
A sliding glass door from the dining room leads to a large deck (16x24) with a picnic table, buffet and relaxing rocking chairs. Step down from the deck to the brick grilling area, and fire up the Weber gas grill. The covered breezeway between the garage and side-door is a great place to drop your gear from the beach so you can head right to the outdoor shower to wash up under the sun or stars.
The second floor offers 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath. The second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a twin bed and a crib. The second floor also has an additional full bathroom and a baby gate at the top of the stairs.
The finished basement includes two pull-out couches, a twin bed, a desk with hard-wired internet, and a 50-inch TV with an Amazon FireStick.
This rental includes the entire home and the yard for your use. The house has central air, washer/dryer (high efficiency), cable, WiFi, and SmartTV options so you can access your Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon accounts.
**PLEASE NOTE: Use of the pool, tennis courts & clubhouse is optional at a weekly fee of $295 (July and August only). This $295 is NOT included in cost of rental and can be added on as an option. Along with use of the pool and tennis courts, the clubhouse often has additional activities for all age groups. Please inquire when booking. The playground and baseball field near the pool can be used without paying the optional fee.
Sheets and towels are NOT included. Pillows and blankets are included. High chair available.
