Positive: The most important things are where it is, what it looks like and how comfortable it is. To be honest, we arrived in Tbilisi after a very stressful end to the year, and the comfort and cosiness we found in these apartments helped us to recover. Location, location, location – that's the old rule of real estate. These apartments fully adhere to the rules. They are in old Tbilisi, a few minutes from Freedom Square. They are close to restaurants, cafes, the metro and shops, and within walking distance of the Botanical Garden. It is on a small street with not much traffic. There are two streets that go straight off it, and one of the entrances is easy to get to if you're carrying suitcases. The surroundings are beautiful and atmospheric. The style is interesting. It mixes old Soviet-era items with a table and chest of drawers that look over 100 years old (I saw a chest of drawers like this at my grandmother's house!). It also has a modern kitchen, bedroom and workspace. All of these things together create an atmosphere that you don't want to leave. We want to say a big thank you to the owner of the apartment, Anton. He has created a wonderful place and he was available when we needed him.
