A pet friendly vacation rental with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, plus the option to add the adjacent 1 bedroom Griffin Casita (available separately), there is plenty of room to bring the whole family! Hardwood floors throughout, plenty of living space and modern stainless kitchen appliances highlight the amenities available to our guests. The Griffin House has plenty of Santa Fe charm to let you live like a local on your visit!
The living room has 2 distinct areas, one with a sleeper sofa and television, the other with additional chairs and coffee table- perfect for enjoying a cup of morning coffee, or relaxing in the evening! Access to the outdoor patio around back with additional seating.
Two bedrooms, one with a king and one with queen bed, both with en suite bathrooms, highlight this classicly appointed two bedroom house. Sofa beds are in the living room if needed.
Complimentary off street parking directly in front of the unit, with parking for up to 3 cars.
Can be booked with the Griffin Casita to give 3 full bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Please note there are no laundry facilities on the premises.
***This is a pet-friendly unit, but we do not allow cats or other animals in any of our properties.Dogs that accompany a reservation must be approved by management before booking. They must be 60 lbs or less, housebroken, non-barking, and at least one year old. If your dog meets the requirements above or has been approved by property management, a $60 per pet per week additional fee plus taxes will be added to your reservation.
**MID-STAY CLEAN:
We requiremid-stay clean(s)for stays of ten nights or more, or once a week depending on the duration of your stay with us. Each mid-stay clean fee is equal to one-half of the exit cleaning fee. The mid-stay cleans will be scheduled by property management prior to your arrival. This cleaning service is a general tidying of the unit in which housekeeping will change out all bedroom and bathroom linens as well as restocking of toiletries and other added amenities.
