Santos-O-Velho is known as one of the best-preserved historical parts of Lisbon, including Madragoa (a former village in the outskirts of Central Lisbon), the Museum of Ancient Art, and many former convents and palaces (in which the current Embassy of France is included). You can find lots of well-known streets such as Rua das Trinas, Rua do Guarda-Mor, Rua do Quelhas, Rua das Praças, and Avenida da Brasilia, famous for their nightlife.
It's easy to get around and see most of Central Lisbon on foot. However, public transport such as buses and trains are available; the nearest station to my house is Av. Infante Santo (which is a 10-minute walk)

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
