Gulf Front, North Cape 6 bedroom/5.5 bath single family home is beyond spectacular with 4 King master suites and one of the finest if not THE finest home ever built on all of Cape San Blas. It’s located on Haven Road which boasts the widest sections of beach on all North Cape San Blas.
Completed in June 2024, this 4,000-square-foot home sleeps 14 people across 6 bedrooms––all with spectacular ocean views making it ideal for families, corporate retreats, and special occasions. Stunning ocean views are awe inspiring from the main floors and 360-degree ocean and bay views from the covered watchtower which is the highest vantage point in CSB. The tower comes complete with a firepit table and Adirondack captain chairs to enjoy the sunrises over the Bay and unparalleled sunsets over the Gulf. Two bars, two living areas, custom cabinetry throughout, hand-crafted fixtures, furnishings, and fine art sourced from around the world, every inch of this home was carefully designed and curated with you, the guest, in mind.
LAYOUT AND FLOORPLAN:
GROUND LEVEL: Covered parking for 6 cars and uncovered parking for an additional 6 cars and/or boats. Outdoor shower, storage room with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, ice machine, cornhole play area, and nostalgic 1970's water fountain. Private boardwalk with hot/cold water spigots lead you to the beach! The entryway door is located in covered parking area. Enter the foyer and there's a church pew, local artists designed coastal coat rack, antique bassinet with beach towels and local folk art. Perfect place to kick off your shoes, shed your coats and head up the stairs.
FIRST LEVEL: Includes three king master suites, kids bunk room, another Queen bedroom/office/flex space, great room, beverage bar, outdoor living room and laundry room.
The three master suites are staged with high end furnishings, luxurious bedding and towels. All have spectacular ocean views through massive sliding glass doors, decks, and porches. Bathroom suites have imported tile from around the world with 6' walk in showers, sliding glass barn doors and quartz vanities. The fourth bedroom is the kids' bunk room featuring two custom-created twin XL built-in bunk beds with hidden chambers for luggage or a game of hide and seek, individual marine nightlights, phone charging plugs and 4K streaming TV for gaming or movie watching. A full bath with dual vanities, deep tub/shower combo and mosaic bubble tiles will add to the kids enjoyment. The fifth bedroom on this level can double as a cozy office with a queen Murphy bed, excellent bay views, seamlessly blending work, nature and relaxation.
Have you ever rented a house that claims to sleep 14+ only to find a single living room with a sofa and couple of chairs? Well Stairway to Haven boasts two large separate living areas with plenty of seating for everyone! The first floor great room features an entertainment room, complete with an oversized sectional, 65” flat-screen smart TV, wet bar, shuffleboard table, and authentic arcade game table with over 60 games. Perfect for those family movies and game nights. Additional seating is on the covered deck with teak sofas, club and Adirondack chairs overlooking the ocean....pure bliss. Finally, on this level is a large walk-in laundry room equipped with dual LG wash towers, 9’ laundry table imported from India and stainless steel laundry sink. It’s so beautiful you’ll even enjoy doing laundry!
SECOND LEVEL: Ascend the staircase to the main floor and the heartbeat of Stairway to Haven. Designed as a massive open space with 12’ - 15' tongue and groove ceilings, barn wood beams salvaged from a North Georgia barn built in 1800’s, three sets of oversized triple glass sliding doors, multiple transom windows to let in maximum amounts of natural light, ship portholes fixed picture windows provide ocean and bay views that will take your breath away. An open-concept professional chef's kitchen, living, dining room as well as a 12x10’ custom-built, restaurant-grade curved bar (yes, a whole room is a bar) complete with beverage and wine coolers, ice machine, commercial blender, DUAL SLUSHIE MACHINES for those adult and kiddie beverages.
The kitchen is designed for a professional culinary experience with commercial appliances, cookware, quartz countertops, 10’ large island, 6’ Electrolux refrigerator/freezer, a hide away coffee bar station (automatic drip and Keurig), coffee grinder for the true coffee Barista, TWO Bosch dishwashers, and a 48” Kucht dual oven gas range with copper pot filler. All cabinetry is custom made with real wood and copper/acrylic hardware shipped from Europe. Stunning curated copper lighting fixtures adorn the island and under cabinet touch control LED bar lighting illuminates all cooking surfaces. Recessed lighting with dimming capability is located throughout the whole home.
The primary living room on this floor features a hand-carved deadhead cypress fireplace sourced locally from Apalachicola River dating back to the 1800s adding a touch of history and warmth. The banquet-sized dining room is furnished with a commissioned teak table shipped from Nicaragua, chairs from the middle east and three massive rattan lights designed by the owners and made by a local artist in the Philippines. A half bath is located off the living/dining areas with cabinetry from Indonesia and a quartz vanity with champagne fixtures.
The primary master king suite is located on this level and features furnishings and artwork direct from Costa Rica - it redefines luxury! As standard in this home, this suite has incredible ocean views through massive picture windows and a glass door which leads to the full length porch overlooking the crystal white sand and blue green ocean waters. The private bath is adorned in glass daisy tiles as a backdrop to the his and her Cambria quartz vanities and oversized doorless shower with marble bench and shelving. A large walk in closet rounds out this truly coastal retreat master suite.
THIRD LEVEL: Saved the best for last! Open any of the sliding glass doors to the partially covered sundeck with Trex decking, outdoor dining area, grill and glass railings providing unobstructed beach and ocean views. Ascend the final staircase to the true crown jewel of this exquisite home: the watchtower. With all this I saved the best for last. You can still have bonfires (can you say oyster roasts?!?) on the beach and even ride horses with the local stables. We have fished right in front of our home, caught dinner, and then cooked it on the beach. This is definitely old Florida with beautiful sand and water as well as complete relaxation. You are going to LOVE IT!
