Positive: Hugo was always very responsive to all inquiries. We really enjoyed our tours with Abel and Bernal that we booked via the hotel. We had one person not joining last-minute and in they end we didn't have to pay for them, which was very nice and unexpected. Rooms were spacious and nice air conditioning

Negative: Water pressure was not the best, but I guess that is similar in a lot of Tortuguero hotels.
