Positive: Lydia, Emma, Hoang and Tiger were very helpful and excellent. Great customer service and very attentive to detail. Hotel is also very conveniently located in the Old Quarter area, yet insulated against the traffic sounds. Soundproofing was good. There is also a small gym on the 2nd floor. Overall, superb experience and great value for money.
