Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Very clean, loved having a washer and dryer. Having a kitchen was also a great convenience. I asked to check in earlier that 4pm(between 1pm and 2pm) they were gracious to let me do that. Staff was very friendly and pointed out local attractions and had a list of favorite restaurants, even had them noted as kid friendly.
Negative: Nothing that the property owner or staff could do anything about, we had 3 children (9,5,&4), the downstairs neighbor complained about the footsteps. We were trying to be considerate, even before she complained, but they are children and were excited to be on vacation.
Summary: Excellent place to stay, that was a good value.
