Positive: Peaceful, spacious and well stocked with regard to kitchen equipment. Bathroom was clean with good water pressure. Furniture and decor was well maintained. Good WiFi and nice to have a smart TV. The host was very quick to respond to any queries.

Negative: Louvre blinds in bedrooms did not block out the light so had to make a trip to buy eye masks - I can generally sleep anywhere! Although the kitchen was well stocked in terms of dishes and utensils, they all needed washing before use. A welcome pack of milk and tea or coffee would have been appreciated more than a bottle of water!

Summary: Cosy cottage in pretty village.
