The guests house is a studio apartment with king size bed, full kitchen and bathroom. Pelican perch also has a large private deck to look at the lush gardens and hear the ocean roar.
The expansive back porch is a game room with a ping pong table, a Foosball table, bumper pool. air hockey. Comfortable seating around the 50" TV for everyone to enjoy. Between the pool and the unique pergola with swings & a fire pit there will be enough space for everyone to enjoy time outside.
