You can't beat the location of this perfect, family friendly beach home. Great for multiple families. Located only 4 houses from a quiet beach & only steps away from all the amenities that Surf City has to offer. This north end location has everything you need -Groceries, ice-cream, coffee shop, restaurants, butcher, fish market... all within walking distance. You will never even have to get in your car! The kitchen is fully equipped & is open to the family room. Enjoy grilling on the spacious deck & dining at the large table .
There are 3 bedrooms on the first level. The "kids'" room has a bunk bed with a full bed & a trundle. Down the hall there is a bedroom with 2 single beds & a master suite with a king bed & an updated full bathroom. There is also a large full bathroom on this level. Upstairs there is a spacious private loft area which offers a king bed, 1 full bed, 2 single beds & a full bathroom. Perfect for a family of 6. There is a door to the downstairs for privacy. There is also a desk if, unfortunately, you have to get some work done. The best feature of this loft area is the 2 decks. The front deck has a view of the ocean while the back deck overlooks the pool-grab a drink and relax!
The backyard is fully fenced in and the salt water pool has a very shallow deck for young kids to splash around in. There is a plumbed in gas grill on the front deck so you will never have to worry about running out of propane. Because the house is raised on stilts there is parking for 6 cars. Enjoy the cool shade while rocking in the hammock that hangs underneath the house.
At least 8 beach badges & 6 beach chairs will be provided for you. The house has games, WiFi & a DVD player along with a movie library for all ages.
