Positive: Very nice house in "Zeeland" we enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable. Near the beach and nice places to go for a walk. The host gave us some tips of the region, please keep doing that, it is always nice to hear from "locals" where to visit. Although we have already been in Zeeland sometimes and know the region, the tips were something new.
Negative: Not flexible check in and check out times. I called some days before and asked if we could arrive later and it would only be possible if we paid extra charges, so we replaned and arrived on the expected time. In the end they left the key in a safe place for a self check in and arriving later would actually not have been a problem. There were also some extra 30€ charges for cleaning, although when we booked, the cleaning (75€) was already included in the price. They say it was because we left on a Sunday. Well I really don't believe most people leave on a Monday, so it came really unexpected. I do recommend the place and would come again, but there are extra charges. For the host, if there are possibilities to be flexible (like self check in) please offer that, instead of charging extra...
