Positive: I like how nice the place is and it has everything i need. Especially the tatami floor is very comfortable to step on. There is also a washing machine and hanger in case you want to leave with less amount of dirty clothes in your bag. The last one I really like compared to most airbnb style lodgings is that i can just search the place name in google maps and find the place, no need to type all the long address and no duplicate names.
