The two-storey, south-facing sandstone house also offers numerous terraces – exposed or covered, so that you can spend most of your time outdoors in the summer months. The huge pool with a mosaic design and Roman entry steps provides a pleasant refreshment. The patio is based on Italian architectural models and features a wrap-around portico with the obligatory fountain in the middle. You can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun in the courtyard and experience the incredible Mediterranean way of life. You can savour hearty dishes at other times of day by firing up the BBQ and transforming fresh regional products into tasty BBQ delicacies in the covered outdoor kitchen. The starry sky is best admired from the two covered terraces before you and your family or friends retreat to the four exquisite bedrooms.
The spacious bedrooms are furnished with two single beds or a double bed and each have a trendy en-suite bathroom with a shower. Each room is equipped with a fan and underfloor heating, which can be controlled individually, making the house perfectly suitable for rental in the cooler months (with a smaller occupancy, you will also benefit from a considerable discount). Two suites with a sea view are located on the upper floor, while the other two join the general living spaces on the ground floor.
