In an absolutely quiet location between Bad Kleinkirchheim and St. Oswald, it offers enough space for up to 6 people with three separate bedrooms on the upper floor - on request also 7-8 people (for a small additional charge). In all rooms, there are high-quality and cozy box spring beds.
The tastefully and modernly furnished rooms convey warmth and security. The fully equipped kitchen offers you the opportunity to prepare your favourite dishes yourself. We are happy to provide you with a basic kitchen equipment such as dishwashing liquid & tabs, salt, pepper, oil, sugar, a few tea bags & coffee pads free of charge!
Furthermore, there are two bathrooms with showers, a separate toilet, and a beautiful large balcony where you can enjoy the last rays of sun all afternoon. Here you can perfectly end your eventful day on the mountain.

We are renting out this lovely holiday apartment, but we are not personally on-site. Your check-in is entirely flexible and independent using a key box. However, we are always available via message/email or by phone during your stay. We are happy to assist with any kinds of questions!

TOURIST TAX:
A local tourist tax of €2.70 per person/night (18 years and older) is to be paid BEFORE ARRIVAL as we won't be there in person.
ONLINE CHECK-IN BEFORE ARRIVAL:
For registration purpose in the state of Carinthia, we need the fully completed online check-in form BEFORE ARRIVAL from all travellers. You will receive it 1-2 days after your booking!
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
Our self-check-in allows a flexible arrival from 3:00 PM onwards. Check-out should be done by 10:00 AM at the latest so that we can prepare the apartment for our next guests.
