Our accommodation is the perfect starting point for nature activities and relaxing moments. Whether you want to go hiking in the surrounding mountains, explore the breathtaking beauty of the Mölltal Glacier or just relax in nature, here you have numerous opportunities to experience the beauty of the surroundings.
In just 4 minutes by car (1.8 km) you can comfortably reach the valley station of the Gletscherexpress from your front door. In another 8 minutes you are already in Austria's most snow-sure glacier ski area from 2,230 to 3,120 m above sea level. The Mölltal Glacier is the official training area of the Austria Ski Team and the German National Alpine Ski Team. Ski teams from all over the world use the optimal conditions on the Mölltal Glacier to prepare for the World Cup even during the summer months. It is not without reason that international World Cup teams choose this training region.
Cooling off in summer is provided by the Innerfragant waterfall, which is within sight and can be reached in just 3 minutes on foot.

The architecture of the flat is characterised by natural materials such as natural stone and wood, which gives the interior a stylish yet cosy atmosphere. Here you will find the highest level of comfort in the midst of the breathtaking natural landscape. Enjoy relaxing evenings in front of our large flat-screen TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime.
After an exciting day in nature, you can take a seat on the terrace and take in the fascinating view. The tranquil atmosphere of our accommodation provides the ideal setting to escape the stresses of everyday life and recharge your batteries.
The flat is located on the first floor and is accessible via a somewhat steep outdoor spiral staircase over the balcony terrace. Unfortunately, it is not barrier-free accessible.

The balcony terrace runs around your flat from east - south to west and the 40 m2 of outdoor space is completely covered, so that your ohnroom, if you wish, extends quite a bit outside into nature.
