The house is located in the quiet, secluded and unspoiled bay Veprinova on the South side of the island of Hvar near the town of Gdinj. Island Hvar is connected to the land by a several ferry lines a day. Enjoy the beauty of the Adriatic while relaxing on the nearby beach or on your balcony. There is a beautiful pebble beach with crystal clear water only 100 m from your doorstep. The town of Hvar is only about an hour drive, while Jelsa and Starigrad can be reached within half an hour or 40 min. Ideal for Robinson holidays.
This part of the island doesn't have electricity so the electricity in the house is 12 V solar powered.Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom. The water should be spent here sparingly. Dishes and bed linen are prepared for you. The kitchen has a refrigerator and a gas cooker.
Contact person speaks fluent English, French and Italian and has large knowledge about tourist attractions in the wide region aria.
The house is situated in pine wood just a few stairs from the sea ( private sea access).
There is a restaurant in a bay, 300 metres from the house, that is opened from 01 June to 15 September. The restaurant's speciality is fish and local food.
Guests can arrive by a ferry line from Split to Starigrad or by a ferry line from Drvenik to Sučuraj. I would recommend going from Drvenik because ferry ticket is much cheaper. When you arrive to Gdinj near the church there is a sign directing you to turn for the Gdinj bays one of which being Veprinova bay where the house is situated. Just follow the signs trough the bays to the house. Please note that 3 bays before the bay Veprinova the concrete road stops and there is a gravel road to the house.
