Positive: The location was within easy walking distance of the Arenal, with gorgeous views. The kitchen and house in general were well stocked, big fridge, iron, hairdryer, washer, dishwasher etc, tv had Netflix, property is big all rooms great sizes and plenty of bathrooms. Loved that we had our own little garden area so a trip to the pool wasn't always needed if you only wanted to sunbath.
Negative: Not enough loo rolls for the amount of people staying a week, not enough towels( which I would have washed if any powder was provided) no pool towels and only air con in 1 bedroom in the entire house, fans elsewhere. Outside furniture was filthy I had to clean it all down before using and all the seat pads for outdoor had seen alot better days. Property is on upper level so quite a few steps to climb when coming an going to the pool area which we found a bit of a pain when using the pram as no ramps. House could do with some new furniture all a bit dated.
